7:45 am - 4:45 pm
Bethel United Methodist Church
When: January 25 and February 1, 2014 from 8:30AM to 4:30PM each day
(In case of cancellation for bad weather, February 15 is the make-up date.)
Where: Bethel United Methodist Church, corner of South Church & Henry Streets
Cost: $3.00 per class if registering as a Troop and registration is received in the Council office by 4:30pm on Friday, January 17, 2014.
$5.00 per class if registering after the 17th. (NO exceptions!)
There is an additional $5 fee for Space Exploration, Indian Lore and Electronics merit badges to cover the cost of materials.
Notes: Just like last year, we will have two full-day Saturdays this year. There will be one class all morning and one class all afternoon so that up to four classes may be
scheduled. Each class will be completed in one session, including field trips if required.
Snacks and a hotdog lunch will be provided.
We will need instructors and volunteers from all Troops. The general rule-of-thumb is that we would like 1 instructor or helper from your Troop for every 10 Scouts that attend.
If you are willing to help or have the names of others that will help, please contact me.
